Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Account: your email and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile photo Google shares.

Sites: the type of business, name, text, photos, phone, address and any other details you enter or generate for each site.

Payments: charges are processed by Stripe. MyVitrina never sees or stores card numbers; we only receive subscription status and basic billing details.

Domains: the registrant contact details required to register a domain.

Technical usage: IP address, browser type, pages visited and error logs, for security and to keep the service working.

Support: what you write in the help chat or by email.

2. How we use it

To provide the service (create, store, publish and edit sites), bill plans, buy domains, answer questions, prevent abuse and fraud, and send essential service emails (sign-in, payments, important notices). We do not send marketing emails without consent.

3. Artificial intelligence

To generate and edit text, the type of business, name, site details and requests written to the assistant are sent to AI providers (DeepSeek and OpenAI). Only what each request needs is sent. Avoid writing sensitive information in the assistant.

4. Who we share it with

Only with providers that help run the service, under their own privacy policies: Supabase (database, sign-in and files), Vercel (hosting and domains), Stripe (payments and stores), Upstash (abuse protection), DeepSeek and OpenAI (text generation) and Google (if you sign in with Google).

We may also share data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of MyVitrina and its users.

What you publish on a site (for example your business phone or address) is visible to anyone who visits it.

5. Cookies

We only use necessary cookies: your signed-in session, your chosen language and an identifier that saves your site draft before you sign in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

Data is kept while your account is active. When you ask to close it, data is deleted within 30 days, except what must be kept for legal or accounting obligations (for example, payment records).

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, a copy or deletion of your personal data by emailing mdgdevelop@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Union) you may have additional rights, which we honor.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (https) and stored with providers that use industry-standard security. No system is 100% secure; if an incident affects personal data, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Children

MyVitrina is not intended for anyone under 18 and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

10. International transfers

Data is processed in the United States and in the countries where the providers above operate.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
